DIY Handphone Hard Case

储存盒里找到的
7年前的星洲日报歇后语剪报

生活果然需要无限的创意才不会觉得乏味苦躁。


奇怪吧?为什么标题是DIY手机盒有放了一堆剪贴
解答:搁放了7年的剪贴本正式解散,成为了recycle 的材料>.<

 1. 拿下硬书皮做成手机的盒
 2。在抽屉里找到了薄海绵。因为想做薄点的casing,所以用刀片把海绵分二。
(发现原来,我家连一把锋利的刀片也没有,只好硬着头皮小心地割。
以后得准备新刀片了@.@)
 3。大概量了手机的尺寸后,把硬卡剪下后再粘上海绵。


 省略了哆嗦---->缝啊缝啊----->老半天了,成品终于出炉!
...
 这次选的比较中性的布料(也因历年储存的材料还蛮有限的~)。
如果加了蕾丝,就会变成公主般的casing咯~ (没放上照片xD)
看看下,还真的像本书~
学生果然脑里还离不开书!

好想离开


最近看了这本关于到New Zealand打工旅行的书,感觉也好想去体验一下作者的旅程经历。
好想好想。。。
应该需要蛮大的牺牲吧
放下眷恋的离开
到陌生的地方去体验在世上某个角落的生活
好像很难做到
家人是不可能允许的
体力也是个限制。。
hmm..也许,想想就好了。(等待着这一天的到来。)

外出——10/10/2010

今天的照型很呆。哈哈

晚餐到‘汤师傅’喝滋补汤~我点了当归乌鸡汤+ 饭+ 卤蛋 > <..怀念中~呜~
饭后节目,买日常用品--〉唱K---〉mamak的土司面包宵夜。

Steamed Egg Cake

Yeah..my favourite Steamed egg cake is done~yummy~
We spent a lot of time for making that cake...emm, from 8.30pm..till.ard 12am..@@
Beating of the egg mixture was a hard work...we just use a fork to beat the mixture..it was so tiring.

But, it's worthwhile! 
We just have fun on it..xD

I wonder why we are so free.

English language of public university student is weak?

This is what my Industrial Engineering lecturer wrote after the test 1:

"Dear class,

Ever since I graded your recent test, I could not help but to feel disappointed with the performance.

I have been wanting to say this; …."It seems that my lectures are merely exercises in futility and self gratification…."

If you have trouble understanding that, its OK. I am not expecting you to.

See the problem here? We don’t talk and understand each other at the same wavelength.

I am sorry to say that I cannot make the lectures more interesting than it is right now, neither I can change my style of speaking and delivering lectures.

What I feel is happening is, you are accustomed with the lecturing style in Bahasa mixed with English. I cannot do that due to the fact that:

a) no one else in the world can understand you if you speak Bahasa mixed with English except Malaysians
b) By starting to speak in Bahasa mixed with English, I am compromising my own fluency in English AND also Bahasa.

P/S:

I strongly agree with what lecturer has commented. Lecturer from local university used to teach in Bahasa mixed with English; or they even teach in fully Bahasa (except the specific term). This is a problem. Especially, for me, who is from chinese background and speak chinese and dialects in daily life. (The point i am writing here is also about sharing and improving matter...xD...worrying~)
Lecturers teach in Bahasa, not because of they are weak in English, but they realise that students can't understand the lecture when they is teaching in fully English.
Feedbacks from employers handling interview session," Employers always request the employees who have high english level as the basic entry requirement to get into the jobs." They need the one who good in communication skills. Communication through presentation and writing is surely in English. No one from foreign country will understand when you speak in Bahasa.
However, when is the point to change? Students suppose have to learn and catch up what they are weak in, right? I think lecturer should think in the same way.

蒸焦糖蛋糕

心血来潮,突然就翻了食谱做了蒸焦糖蛋糕。

材料:

150g 细砂糖

100g 热水

80g 牛油/菜油(融化)

100ml 淡奶

1 鸡蛋(打散)

200g 面粉(滤过)

1茶匙 苏打粉

50g 细砂糖,盐(小撮)

1. 将砂糖倒入平底锅,用小火煮成焦糖,呈金褐色后熄火。

2. 倒入热水,煮至沸腾,确保完全溶解后变成糖浆。熄火,让糖浆稍为冷却。

3. 倒入150ml的糖浆入杯内。(如果分量不足可加入少许水。

3. 将溶解的牛油,淡奶和打至发泡的鸡蛋一起加入已冷却的焦糖浆内,搅拌均匀。

4. 将面粉和苏打粉滤过在搅拌碗内。加入适量的糖和盐。

在中间挖一个洞,倒入糖浆,然后搅拌至糊状。

5. 稍为抹一层油在模型上,倒入面糊,并放入预热的蒸锅内达30分钟

(蛋糕启发后即可)。


*将叉子插入蛋糕中间,取出时不沾上蛋糕表示完成。><

第一次做,味道还不错,觉得盐少点糖和面粉多点会更好。

特别要注意的是煮焦糖时,需要耐心等待,千万别贪快开大火,不然就真的变黑焦糖了。

(haha...人少一点,那么可以吃的更多。。哈,这材料只可做8-10份)

哈哈,下次,要在家试做其它口味的。

屋友准备了timer,在等待蒸蛋糕的时候就可继续完成其它功课。

偶尔蒸蒸煮煮自己也是个不错且有趣的事。
